Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@practicis.ca.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all final deliverables produced specifically for their engagement (e.g., strategic plans, website files, brand kit assets).
Practicis retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools used in the delivery of services. These may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
All content on this website — including text, design, and imagery — is the property of Practicis Strategies Inc. and may not be copied or used without permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. Practicis will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or with the client's written approval (e.g., for case study purposes).
Practicis Strategies provides professional advice and recommendations based on the information available at the time of engagement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
